By accessing or using MacroLab ("the Service" or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. MacroLab is an independent financial data platform.

MACROLAB IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, OR REGULATED FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER OF ANY KIND.

All content published on MacroLab — including but not limited to economic indicators, market data, macro indices, portfolio illustrations, model portfolios, investment commentary, and any analysis — is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes, or should be interpreted as, investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a personalised financial recommendation.

Any portfolio, strategy, or investment idea presented on MacroLab reflects the personal views and decisions of the author at a specific point in time. 3. Description of Service

MacroLab provides a web-based platform giving access to macroeconomic data, market prices, and financial commentary for informational purposes only. Users may subscribe to paid plans to access premium features. The Platform does not manage assets, execute trades, or provide personalised financial advice.

4. Data Accuracy

MacroLab sources data from third-party providers (including FRED, Finnhub, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data. Market data may be delayed. Economic data may be revised. You should independently verify any data before relying on it.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or republish data or content without written permission
Scrape or extract data programmatically beyond normal use
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
Sell, transfer, or share your account with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, indices, and data compilations on MacroLab are the property of MacroLab or its data providers. Third-party data is subject to the terms of the respective data providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

MacroLab's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
MacroLab is not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.
MacroLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
MacroLab is not liable for inaccuracies or delays in data provided by third-party sources.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MacroLab harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation (30 days). If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Switzerland under Swiss law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform.
